The safe, pleasant environment and ample space of Park Place make it ideal for children and young people of all ages. Our Youth Wing is now home to the Wickham Montessori Nursery in term time, but we continue to welcome children and young people for training days, special days out, mini-conferences and student seminars. Park Place gives young people their own space – whether for working or relaxing - and attracts young people from all walks of life.
Our medium-sized rooms can accommodate groups up to 50 and can be laid out for informal discussion or more formal sessions. A large, light common room and workrooms for craft or creative work give ample space for most activities, while the grounds provide a further valuable amenity.
Day visitors may bring a packed lunch, or we can provide a cooked meal.
For residential groups, there is simple dormitory accommodation for up to 20 young people and two twin-bedded rooms for group leaders. Larger groups can be housed in the main house.
