Our goal is to offer comfortable, good value accommodation and to keep prices as low as possible. Our policy is to enable as many people as possible to come to Park Place, and to do our best, within our means, to ensure that no one is prevented from visiting because of difficulty in paying. For that reason, a discount may be available for certain types of groups. This is offered at the discretion of the Bursar.

**The 2-day rate includes the cost of a conference room and meals, which begin with supper on Friday evening with supper and end after lunch on Sunday. Weekday conferences follow the same pattern, which can be adjusted according to individual group needs.

Costs of other conference rooms and breakout spaces are between £30 and £50 per room.
A flip chart and OHP are included in the delegate rate.

TARIFF FOR PRIVATE SHORT STAY, HOLIDAY OR INDIVIDUAL ACCOMODATION BOOKINGS and SELF-CATERING GROUPS
Bed and continental breakfast: £40 per ensuite single, £70 per ensuite twin-bedded room (2 people sharing).
Self-catering in Assisi House: £30 per ensuite single, £48 per ensuite double room.
To rent all of Assisi House (6 singles and 2 twin-bedded rooms), with full self-catering and laundry facilities:
single night stay: £250 per night
3 day stay: £720
7 night stay: £1450
HOW TO BOOK
Please complete form A2 and return it to The Secretary, Park Place Centre, Wickham Fareham Hampshire PO17 5HA as soon as you can, together with a deposit of £15 per residential guest and £10 per non-residential guest. Please note that this deposit is non-returnable. We regret that we are unable to confirm your booking without receipt of the deposit.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that at certain points of the year, there is heavy demand for our rooms. We urge you to return your booking form to us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
A fortnight before the date of your stay, we need the following from you:
- The confirmed total number in your group
- The completed room chart. This ensures that everyone gets the type of room they
require and that your group is quickly accommodated speedily on arrival
- The balance of payment for your stay
- Any extra expenses incurred during your stay are settled on your departure.
